CHICKEN KEBABS

Friday, 7 July 2006 | By Mike | Category: Asian, Glorious Food, Indian

Kamilla Hemandas of Manila Standard shares the recipe of the chicken kebabs she brought to my birthday dinner last month. Here it is . . . very simple and easy to make!

Chicken Kebabs

Ingredients and Method:

Mix together in a bowl: ground chicken, crushed and minced garlic, ginger paste, chopped coriander leaves, cumin powder, beaten egg, and season with salt and pepper.

To cook: form chicken mixture into finger-sized patties and grill on a hotplate.

Serve with pita bread and hummus.

Thanks, Kamilla!
