catsudon, thanks for dropping by again . . . it’s been a while . . . tee hee! the tortang itlog and patatas is really good and can be eaten with almost anything. recently, the torta has become a breakfast staple for me – with potatoes replacing the rice. medyo nagbabawas ako ng rice ngayon . . . :-) it is accompanied with a variety of other viands that our chef would prepare like twice cooked or recycled adobo (we never run out of adobo here), corned beef guisado, etc . . . or if i’m not in the mood for anything else, i simply eat it with bread! versatile talaga ang tortang itlog at patatas!
