I find it easier to remove the bones when you slowly cook the fish meat on low heat on frying pan rubbed with olive oil, not overcooking the fish meat, just translucent to white.it easier to remove the bones because it sticks up in the bowl. I usually wrappep it foil so it won&#039;t break when u fry it.yeah hard to make but so delicious!!</description>
