Baking 101: BANANA NUT MUFFINS

I do not know how to bake at all . . . And baking is something I never really got interested in, inspite of my love for desserts . . .

While clearing up my kitchen a month prior to my departure from Brunei, I discovered that I actually bought some baking implements last Christmas as I promised myself to learn how to bake. Along with the baking implements in the cupboards were ingredients I didn’t just want to throw away . . . I googled for some recipes matching the available ingredients and went on with the experiment . . .

They turned out alright except that I have over-baked them because I completely forgot about them as I was chatting online. My guests that afternoon said that the muffins could be used as “pam-bato” . . . tee hee . . .

Well, they weren’t really that bad . . . they were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside . . . And they tasted good, too!
