MY LUNCH TODAY

one of the perks working in a hotel is, you get to eat for free at least once a day :-) while you’re on duty! and maybe more, if you are required to work longer than the usual overtime period! tee hee . . .

at lunch today, i got the same “clueless” looks from my colleagues [just like my stewardess pal last night] when i fished-out a tiny digicam from my jacket and started snapping at the plate in front of me . . . after explaining what it was for, and what a “blog” is, i proceeded to enjoy the culinary fare that our multi-racial kitchen has prepared for everyone . . .

i didn’t plan on having lunch as i was still feeling really full from last night’s feast . . . made worse by a midnight snack of cassava cake and a can of coke! however, the spread on the buffet at the hotel’s atrium cafe was so appetizing and i had no choice but to indulge . . .

our chefs promised to share with me some (not all!) recipes of the food in the photo above . . . i will insert them here soon . . .
